It appears to me that the bitch walking ahead of him was the reason of him falling DOWN..It seems TO ME he was startled by the woman suddenly opening up the umbrella and lost HIS balance on wet wooden pavement...Perhaps it is also possible that ONE of the the umbrella spikes struck his eye and as natural,his body reacted to sudden surprise and lost balance..Its strange HOW the faT bitch walked off casually after standing there and watching him for 20-25 seconds
