That was 100% preventable and criminally negligent. They knew damn well they were WAY over the load weight limit of that forklift. They even had someone hanging precariously off the back of the truck to try (and fail miserably) to counterbalance the load. Nothing that happened in that scene should ever have been allowed to happen. The woman's fatal decision to try to help out by grabbing on to the back of the truck was only one of many terrible ideas shown in this clip.

You got that right. I teach people how to operate forklifts and front loaders. I count at least 10 mistakes that would cost that business to lose millions in civil court anywhere in the western world.
