hope she survived but that would have hurt badly. At least she was quick enough to get her legs clear of the rear wheel.

That was 100% preventable and criminally negligent. They knew damn well they were WAY over the load weight limit of that forklift. They even had someone hanging precariously off the back of the truck to try (and fail miserably) to counterbalance the load. Nothing that happened in that scene should ever have been allowed to happen. The woman's fatal decision to try to help out by grabbing on to the back of the truck was only one of many terrible ideas shown in this clip.

I just don't get why she thought she could make a difference . She didn't have nonslip shoes on. You can slip just by walking on concrete, let alone pulling on a forklift.
