It'll be tough to prove it's trucker's fault looking at that brief clip covering only a few mtrs in a court of law. At times it's human error & nothing intentional as I didn't find the truck to be "over-speeding" when infact all the other vehicles can be seen moving at the same speed  There are heaps of vids out there that clearly show what over-speeding really is. This is a case of overtaking with bad judgement & the trucker obviously didn't account for the blind spot & he didn't stop for the fear of getting lynched. Also the pillion didn't wear a helmet which goes against the new motor vehicle act.. just saying. Obviously at the first glance, people will sympathize with the bikers but the law doesn't work like that |
