But your comments about situational awareness are spot on ... she just stopped in the middle, and those guys slowly closed in on her ... this could happen in Oakland, CA, and it just happened in Davis, CA, the college town. Guys surrounded the car and took it. But no shootings, thank god.

Doesn't surprise me it was in Texas. I went to university for two years there, many students majored in drinking Schaeffer beer and copious drug abuse. My favorite Texas anomaly was a claw machine rigged up in a sea food restaurant with live lobsters. It was like $5 a try, and if you grabbed a lobster, they would cook and serve it to you.
