Female Military Officer Who Was Stabbed to Death Lays in the Street
Cambodia, A female military officer who was stabbed to death may have been involved in a love triangle, Phnom Penh municipal police officer Major Ly Sarith said.  Police are looking into various motives behind the killing and some in the area have told them she may have been killed because of a love affair, but no evidence of it has come to light so far.  The murder took place near the victim’s home on street 219 in Toul Kork’s Phsar Depo I commune at about 10:30am. Police suspect the killer was hired by a third-party who had issues with the victim, they said.  The 37-year-old victim, Captain Ly Davy, was an official with the Ministry of National Defense. She was walking alone on her way to buy a drink from a store at the time of the killing.  Maj. Sarith said an unidentified man on a motorcycle drove towards Capt. Davy and stabbed her repeatedly in the back and shoulder before fleeing. “She died immediately.” Colonel Hun Sothy, the Toul Kork district police chief, said an investigation into the murder was underway. “We do not know exactly the reason for this murder yet. We are now working on this case to arrest and bring the perpetrators to justice,” Col. Sothy said. Duong Sithorn, 37, who works at a Wing money transfer outlet that faces the scene, said he did not see Ly Davy’s killer approach but heard the victim scream. When he looked up, he saw a man stabbing her in the chest, his face obscured by a motorbike helmet. “He stabbed her with a small knife, at least 10 times,” he said, add*ing that the man was about 1.7 meters tall and appeared to be in his 30s. “While she was being attacked, a man appeared and threw a motorbike helmet at the killer, and then another man threw several pieces of charcoal,” he said. But the killer continued stabbing Ly Davy for about a minute before speeding off on a Honda Click motorbike, dodging several other witnesses who attempted to kick the vehicle over, he said. An hour after the attack, at about 10:45 a.m., Ly Davy’s body was still lying on the street, covered in a thin white sheet. From behind a cordon of police tape, onlookers tossed riel notes toward the corpse to help the victim’s spirit reach the afterlife. About 10 minutes later, the victim’s aunt, Ly Silen, 40, arrived with two police investigators and similarly lifted the sheet to view her niece’s face. “She was very quiet and polite, and there was no reason for anyone to seek revenge against her,” Ms. Silen said, wiping away tears. “So I think the killer is a confused person,” she said, speculating that the murder was a case of mistaken identity. As Ms. Silen looked on, the investigators photographed the scene. When they lifted the sheet to photograph Ly Davy, the murder weapon—a black-handled and bloodstained kitchen knife—could be seen to the left of her torso. Ly Davy, her white T-shirt blackened with blood, was then lifted into a body bag and transported to Toek Thla pagoda in an ambulance. Update : Police say they've got CCTV camera footage of him at the scene and that he lives nearby the victim has a knife wound on one arm and he owns the same model motorbike as was identified by witnesses.   He confessed the crime. They had a 'neighbourly dispute' over something and she would spit in front of his house regularly. This pissed him off so he decided to slaughter her like a pig. |

Imagine deciding to slaughter somebody like a pig for spitting in front of your house. You gotta be messed up in the head. I'd guess there will be more than one soup ladle of blood for the pathologist to scoop out of her insides. |

spitting can be quite irritating if she does it only when you told her not to and only when you are looking. and doing it on purpose. She probably holds off her spit for a whole day and lets it go when she got there. is it possible she was an ex and the guy chose another woman to be with?
