Colombia, A dispute over a property is the main hypothesis police believes for the murder of a 42 year old woman in broad daylight.

The incident took place outside the parking lot next to the main entrance of a medical clinic.

Her daughter, 21, and her baby of 7 months old were also hit by bullets. The daughter is in critical condition while the baby is in stable condition. The baby was hit in the right cheekbone.

According to Police the murdered woman had a criminal record and had been released from prison last year. She had been detained between 2011 and 2015 for money laundering after being caught red-handed at the airport with 100,000 euros trying to enter the country.

Although she, along with another woman, had been sentenced to 96 months in prison by a judge for this crime, in 2015 the High Court acquitted her of this crime.

In defense of the two women it was alleged that the money (100,000 euros) had been lawfully obtained by work done in Spain in a nightclub, between 2008 and 2011-when they returned to Colombia, from Madrid.

Police said, based on information provided by people close to the victim, that she had problems with a former partner about a property.

The victim was married to a Colombian resident in Spain.

In the judicial branch, this man, who asked through his lawyer to the judge for permission to travel to Madrid, Spain, last May, he was convicted of the crime of procedural fraud.

However, a source from the prosecution said he did not yet have a clear hypothesis. "There is no proportionality between the past lady and cruelty with which the gunman committed this crime," said the researcher.

Meanwhile, police said witnesses with information are asked to come forward so they can draw portraits of the hitman and the motorcyclist involved in the crime.

Judging by the story I don't think she even knew it was coming. Mom was holding grand daughter and was shot first, in the back. Daughter came to help or whatever she thought she would be able to do and gets shot next, Mom gets shot again.

Sure, they were probably whores but they weren't using the baby as a shield as far as I can tell. The shooter was a man in case you were referring to him as the fucking whore that needs to die... 'She shot a baby in the cheek'. THAT fucker needs to be drawn and quartered!
