Female Lawyer Executed in the Street
Brazil, Lawyer K.G. was shot dead in the West Zone of Rio, near where she would be living. She is the daughter a businessman, who owned a local newspaper distributor and acted as real estate broker in Rio. According to police, the woman was 44 years old and was murdered as she walked in front of the a condominium with her 13-year-old son. The child wasn't harmed in the attack.  A hooded man got out of a car - which would be a black Renault - and fired several shots at the woman. Witnesses said the killer approached the victim from behind and used some kind of muffler on the gun to commit the crime. |

Poor kid just had a part of him die, too. Perhaps he'll use this as inspiration to become the hero that Brazil deserves, not the hero it needs right now.
