. They're pretty cheap actually. In Taiwan heaps of people have em to protect themselves in case of an accident ~ see who is at fault, insurance, etc Dunno how it is in Mother Russia. Lots of the "new rich" folks probably have em. Taiwanese pay out big money to victims family if they kill or injure someone. Lots of accidents in Taiwan so it's good that there is car cams to capture it all. Anyway as it is Russia i guess it could be a Russian govt car i suppose. Car cams are not such a big deal to have (good for us at DR though) Stupid bitch should have looked before crossing though. |

People really need to stop trying to beat cars. They always lose. I don't hit people, but, alot of times, they just dart out. These people were at a legal crosswalk and I would assume, had the right of way. The rare times I am a pedestrian, I wait until the car stops and knows I'm walking or point to the stop sign if I think they're going too fast and not sure if they're going to slow down.

How did they get the video from inside the driver's car? Could this be a setup? It's a great point of view and I feel bad if the child was destroyed.

When your life is on the line, then you gotta be careful. cant take a stop sign or a cross walk for granted. Of course it was the drivers fault but now you're dead so.... if its blaming that its all about then the dead people win  |

I totally see how the driver can be blamed here, but there is nothing more irritating than trying to drive with asshole obnoxious bikers, runners, and/or people just in the road. It's a ROAD! The car should always have the right of way to anything else.
