Cultural thing really ? looks to me like a terrible accident combined with rain and poorly managed electric live wire on road.Nobody would go and touch her (They would wait for the professionals who managed the wires very unprofessionally to come and clean the mess ) I bet I would not pick her if she was my wife specially when she was on a live wire still smoking unless I love her so much to meet her in my next re-incarnation.
