Fatally Hit by a Bong in the Neck After Argument

At about 4:00 p.m. on January 18, in Vietnam two men, after drinking at a business in the commune, had a conflict that led to a scuffle that ended in death.

The whole incident was recorded by security cameras.

The man in the black coat approached, pointing at the man sitting at the table and hitting the man's face with his hand. At this time, the man in the orange shirt stood up and said: "I'm just so gentle, but you don't know me yet".

Suddenly, the man in black used his bong to hit the other hard on the nape of the neck, causing the man in orange to collapse and eventually die.

The victim was Mr. N. (34). N is the only son in a family of all sisters. N went to a restaurant to drink beer and then the incident happened. N. doesn't have a criminal record and is currently receiving social protection because N. was not neurologically normal, arms and legs were partially disabled, but no one has seen N. contradict or fight with anyone.

Police detained a person named Hung to investigate the case "Deliberately causing bodily injury with deadly consequences".

District Police may change the charge of prosecution into murder, after more investigation.
