That was Jeb Corliss that survived with the broken legs. Ironiclly, he was the person that survived in the first video where Dwayne hit the bridge.

The black parachute was Jeb Corliss. He went under the bridge, while Dwayne Weston tried to go over. Dwayne's parachute opened on impact, and carried his body to a ledge on a cliff. He died as soon as he hit the bridge, and it ripped his leg off above the knee, and part of an arm too.
