Absolute piece of shit and shouldn't have happened. I'm going to get grief for this I'm sure, but with the shadows he's walking directly to the guy with the sun DIRECTLY behind him and cop didn't tell him he was a cop, just assumed he could see his uniform. He wouldn't have been able to, he would've just seen a figure approaching him "did you call?". Defense would have a field day with this if it weren't fatal.
