you can see the plastic going in and under and through a spike roll to remove air then up and over into the oven. the right side you can see the vents for the blower motor to pull heat from the oven. looks like a big square with a dry erase board on it. next to the controls. this guy probably missed the safety meeting.
I think it’s safe to say they All missed the safety meeting. And continue to do so.
Sad.
