It’s not a stupid question. If you slow it down watch closely and you can see his body bend in the wrong direction. Broken back to start then from there it’s just violent trauma to his body. Being bent wrong was a big part of it.

No definitive way to say when he actually 'died'. His body being folded in the opposite direction probably stopped his heart, but the human head can still be conscious even after the heart stops. Definitely just blacked out somewhere in between but it's possible the person still could have been 'alive' but not awake even after the video ended.

Doesn't seem like he hit his head on the side bars, only the legs. Who knows how long he was awake for
