I used to work in a pizza place where I would have to make dough with this machine that had a huge rotary dough-hook . You had to be careful with it or it could easily break your arm or wind you up in it to the shoulder if you got a arm caught. People become to comfortable with dangerous machinery and forget the rules , like this person fucked around and did.

Commercial standing mixers are no joke.
A lot of torque behind that.
Kitchen equipment can be dangerous.
