Mother and son are shot dead after giving testimony at a police station in Mossoro. The crime happened around 10:30 am. The victims were identified as J.P da S.V aged 18, and K.P d S According to the Military Police, the two were on their way back from the Specialized Theft and Robbery Police Station (Defur), where J went to testify as a suspect in theft. At the intersection of Rua Tarcísio Correio and Avenida Abel Coelho, the car carrying the mother and child was intercepted by a black vehicle, from which armed men left, shooting at the victims. J and K were shot in the head and died on the spot. The driver of the vehicle was not injured and has already provided clarification on the episode. The case will be investigated by the Civil Police.
