Actually he feels NOTHING! When u are burning THAT much u suffer from 3rd degree-burns after a few seconds. And 3rd dregree-burns mean that the nerve-ends of the skin are destroyed, so u just feel nothing.

There was a story about 4 years ago where 2 men were set alight by vigilantes in a remote part of peru for attacking 3 people.
They were covered in gasoline and torched i don't know if this is related to this video but one man died and the other suffered 80% burns.
