I don't know what he was saying but it sounded as if the man speaking was trying to comfort the woman who was crying until he heard the gunshot… there's a slight falter there in his comforting! LOL "It's ok, they'll just be arrested and then you can go see him- *POW* ....uhm, then you can go VIEW him..."
what the man said was: "people (as in the people who would be watching the video), here there are killing some guys. The police! The police, here in mao (im not sure if he said "aqui en mao"), are shooting him, those guys

Guy in the background at the end tells the woman to chill because the guy shot was a criminal
