Extrajudicial Execution of a Wounded Criminal by Police Officer
DR, Mobile phone footage appeared on the internet showing how a police officer used a shotgun to shoot and kill a wanted criminal laying on the ground injured. Víctor Antonio Méndez Tavárez (Vitico) and Julio Alberto de León (23), who appear on a list of most wanted criminals, were part of a gang committing robberies and murders were caught by the Dirección Central de Investigaciones Criminales de la Policía (DICRIM). They said the two men were killed in an "exchange of gunfire" when they faced a DICRIM patrol. Both men died in the Hospital of multiple gunshot wounds. Police have not reacted yet to this video showing one of the wounded criminals being shot while laying on the ground. I say good job done officers |

Re: Extrajudicial Execution of a Wounded Criminal by Police Officer
I am glad most officers in America would even consider a mercy killing of a perpetrator. This is how it was in the Old West when a criminal would be wanted Dead or Alive. That is not justice. |

I don't know what he was saying but it sounded as if the man speaking was trying to comfort the woman who was crying until he heard the gunshot… there's a slight falter there in his comforting! LOL "It's ok, they'll just be arrested and then you can go see him- *POW* ....uhm, then you can go VIEW him..." |

If the perpetrator was shot and on the ground, there was no reason to shoot him again. Just take his gun. What that cop did was against the law. |
