Looks like he may have been on his phone at the intersection (otherwise, he may have seen it coming and gotten the hell out of Dodge). I'm not saying they should have killed him, but I understand. I can't tell you how many times a day I have to honk at doom scrolling fucktards to wake them up after the light turns green.
