Extortionist Shoot and Kills Minibus Driver Waiting at an Intersection
A Peruvian gang member gunned down a minibus driver who was on the Pan American Highway waiting at an intersection this early morning. Organized crime in Peru often comes with extortion. Reports from last year exceeded 25,000 cases nationally while homicides that followed after refusal to pay reached around 2,400–2,500 cases. |
