Everyone is smoking hashish and they are too lazy to clean up the body parts? Blast probably happened some time before this was filmed, the wreck / debris aren't smoking. Maybe the authorities are afraid of a secondary bomb going off and are waiting to send in the rescue / clean up crew. |
