Still a bunch of dumb asses. In the west, usually they keep trained personal in dangerous bomb disarming operations like this to an absolute minimum, say one or two technicians. But here it's like, "Hey, hey, hey! Party at the deadly unexploded device site! Who's bringing the Maaza Malt?" They're really no more intelligent than those three children in Indonesia who blew themselves up lighting a giant firecracker in a classic video once posted here. Perhaps even less intelligent since there were only three kids stupid enough to crowd around the firecracker to light the fuse in that video
