Re: Execution Of Rapists In Grozny, Chechnya!
I think that to cut their penis with a badly sharpened knive could be somehow proportional to a rape action, but not directly an execution. Anyway... who have they rape? a little kid or an adult man/woman, there is a difference... How have they rape him/her? To punch someone to "bend" someone is not the same as to have sex with a 14 years old girl, neither to rape someone who has being drug... So... I think that justice is not just as simple as "let's kill all that shity people |

Re: Execution Of Rapists In Grozny, Chechnya!
Fucking exactly!! People have lazy minds, which result in lazy (but gruesome, immoral, and ignorant) actions. I think that these rapists would be facing justice if they raped and then killed the person/people. But no, they were merely rapists, penetrating someone without their consent. It's fucking bad, but not bad enough to be killed for. Conscious murder deserves murder as justification. ON the other hand, an idea just sparked in my head. We have forensic science advanced at an all-time high. The purpose it serves is to evaluate how a crime happened and what those moments entailed, even down to a fiber. We can use that system of figuring out how a crime was committed to determine how a criminal will face punishment-- balanced out almost exactly to his actions. |

Re: Execution Of Rapists In Grozny, Chechnya!
Yeah--- that's the stupid part about justice. Everyone who is affected by some one's death claims to be a victim-- and justice is between the criminal and the victim. So in the eyes of an over-sentimental judge, the relatives and friends who selfishly consider themselves victims, a criminal's actual crime, a criminal's definitive and ONLY crime, is amplified through the outcries of a weak "friend and family" team. A criminal is still a person, undeserving of injustice, still deserving of rights and humanity, and should not be subjected to unequal punishment such as DEATH for a RAPE. |

Actually convicts don't have rights! They can't vote, they don't have right to free speech, freedom of expression, they have no social, cultural, or economic rights, right to work, right to education, etc... Why cry over a couple muslims getting killed? Who cares if they just looked the wrong way? Let'em die!

Re: Execution Of Rapists In Grozny, Chechnya!
when someone is raped it doesnt just affect them for the duration of the crime, its with them for life and it will /can tarnish relationships and prevent the victim from being able to have a physical relationship. Rape isnt exclusively about sex without consent, physical scars heal but the emotional ones are reborn every nite. Im not saying that all rapists should be killed but i do think, if they have 100per cent proof that hes guilty, he should be castrated. Take away the fuckwits bullets!!! |

Re: Execution Of Rapists In Grozny, Chechnya!
Come on people. All "machismo" out of it, how would it be to truly have things like this done in the west. It doesnt make you a great nation...it makes you look like you are living in the 6th century. You think Washington, Adams, or Lincoln would EVER condone "justice" like this? Thank god, we do it with more dignity at least. Its not a circus sideshow, its justice (if you are in favor of capitol punishment).
