I don't think they were intentionally making an "ass to mouth" statement with the guy's head. If you had a body and a head (in what looks like a morgue), where else are you gonna put the head to keep it from rolling off and onto the floor? As we've all seen in the various Islamic beheadings, the human head does not stay put very well once detached. Any idea how this happened to the guy? The cut on the neck looks pretty clean, and he also has a wound over his right eye- my first guess was that he was shot then decapitated.
