That were my first thoughts as well but no news site mention the ejection and his head is out of the window a milli second before, what looks like 2 smaller items, falling from the excavator? Also wouldn't be the boom in the way of an entire body falling through a window that fast? Weird to see the cabin on the right side as only some mining excavators of Komatsu have them on the right but this doesn't look like a mining digger.
