You cannot guard against that, 2 cases in my home town Glasgow [Scotland]...bin lorry mounted the pavement killed 6 and injured scores others, guy took a black-out, eventually walked free after enquiry...Another guy i was friends with, another black out at wheel of Range Rover, killed 2 young people, said it was first time he blacked out ever...i dont think it was, still he was found not guilty of anything at an enquiry...
