That looked like the father and the mother? The Father gets up with an idea to remove his child from the seen and sees no better place so sits back down with his child. Glad we have a system here in USA and a parent would not be forced to sit in the middle of the street holding a mangled child that they can't imagine leaving in the road. What a mess. All the hysterics just make it a thousand times worse.
