Actually not! When fire causes third degree burns and the nerves are obliterated the person stops feeling pain because the dermis is gone and there are no working nerves to feel pain. |

As a lineman in the US we are responsible for our own fate while working. Accidents happen or we cut corners and screw ourselves royally. Injury and death is likely but never do we get thousands of volts/amps pumped through your body like that. The circuit will get tripped and prevent this kinda mess. It'll be just a quick flash.
