He didn’t even try to use his arms to break his fall. Just “oops” and then he’s head-butting the pavement. I see him walking with his arms behind his back and I get that he is old but what a complete lack of even trying to not slam the noggin like that

The reason of this is due to there were cases eg. a nice guy lifted a tripped senior woman and then the woman accuse him being the guy bumper her down. Court eventually request the innocent guy to pay a lot of medical bill and money. After that nobody dares to help. Consider this even though the injuried is willing to thank you, maybe his/her children would not let go of you. There was even movies about this. It's sad to see the scene, but nobody dares to help.

A few years ago. I was walking into a mall. And an elderly lady walking with her daughter tripped right in front of me. He caught her foot in a slight crack on the side walk. I saw her falling but she was just outta my reach to catch her. If I had been another 2 feet ahead I coulda caught her. I felt so bad. She had a cane also. My girl friend and I helped her up. She did hit her head but she was to help break her fall wit her arms. And it was a small cut on her forehead. She definitely didn’t fall like this guy. We called 911 and waited with them till the ambulance came. I gave them my contact information. Just so they could let me know she was ok after going to the hospital. And she ended up being ok and had no major injuries. I feel so bad for this guy. He fell real hard and landed right on his face not to mention no one came to his aid. Sucks to live a long life like that and for it to come to such a sudden tragic end. Rip Fella

As a Chinese I'm so glad I live in the West where it's likely strangers will actually try to help dying people.
