China, where people get in trouble if they try to help injured persons because they'll then be held responsible for their condition and be forced to pay medical bills, maybe even investigated by authorities. That's why nobody helps.

This type of situation is the reason no one in China will help. If you involve yourself in ANY way with ANY incident, then you are viewed as being involved in the whole thing. It creates endless problems and responsibilities for casual bystanders who might step in to help. No one in their right mind is going to do that.

Actually a lot of people glanced at him, some even took two glances. The girl who almost backs her bike out over him just kills me. Maybe they get drunk homeless people that fall asleep in the street and so they don’t take notice.
