Wow. The cop sure was easily manipulated in to shooting the guy. When someone's intent is to commit suicide, and a cop tries to stop them from doing so by shooting them dead.....I'm not sure how the cop could think he was successful. Fail.

What a sweet, innocent, beautiful dog that man owned! He behaved so well the entire time. I'm so sad he had to witness this. I hope he found a home worthy of him/ her. I wish people would not make innocent people and animals suffer because they are having a bad day. This broke my heart more than any other part of the video. And Clifford was obviously extremely unstable. If that man picked up a shotgun against me I wouldn't gamble on him not taking me out, and then himself. You can tell the cop was trying not to have to do it for once in these videos.

Cops have only rudimentary training dealing with mentally ill and suicide call in's. They have special units for this and it should have been sent. And that close to the guy he still has to shoot him multiple times in the chest, really. Just sad!
