It could have been that he stopped the bike due to either a stroke or a heart attack. He might not have known that he was even run over, because he could have been dead by then. Probably hard to tell, though, with how thoroughly everything is mashed. Maybe Hermantheshocker can provide a scientific explanation. Personally, I think he stopped to eat a marshmallow. |
