Its amazing what damage the human body can endure.. Not sure what the circumstances of the incident are, but he is definitely fucked for life..

Blinded in the right eye, hands are toast from blocking the attacks, rendering him handicap pretty much.. All the eye doctors and hand specialist in the world cant return the function of his sight and to give full use of hands..

Eight people were arrested late on Thursday, suspected of involvement in a murder of a truck driver in Goiania.

Among the eight, five are teenagers, with 3 boys and two girls, and the other three are of legal age, two men and a woman. Police have not released the names.

According to the Military Police, the eight suspects caught a ride with a truck driver after a party. All went to the house of one of the girls, which consumed drugs and alcohol. After engaging in a fight with one of the guys, the truck driver was attacked with a machete, with the consent of all eight people.

Even so, the truck driver managed to escape and was rescued by the fire brigade, but died moments later in hospital.

No much you can do. The vid was long after the attack so the wounds would have already started to clot I think so a bandage or something wouldn't have helped much (apart from prevent a infection)
