Politicians can't openly admit the utility of abortions (when almost all abortions are for idiots who would be bad mothers with crappy genetic results if it's brought to term), because a lot of people are emotionally triggered by the "dead baby" nonsense. I've always been pro abortion, AND pro second amendment... the more idiots being culled by, let's call them, "natural Darwinian pressures," the better.
