Re: EEUU-D.C Murder of Uber Eats Driver
I used to call those "there's a war on white people!" types paranoid-delusional victim-carders. It's looking more and more like they know what they're talking about. I don't believe that any race is inherently inferior or superior to another, and I believe that the overwhelming majority of black people are good people; but I'm sick and tired of seeing my own race drug through the fucking mud just so that partisan media can sell ads to compulsively scrolling zombies and dumb fucking morons who grew up watching way too much interracial porn. I'm hoping that it's just a matter of overreporting and the dumbest motherfuckers being the loudest ones. Thankfully I live in a part of the country where almost no one gives a fuck about BLM or any of the other race-baiting bullshit. When I talked to some of the black people I know about George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, they knew the story and couldn't have given a fuck less. Some liberal outlets and influencers even tried to bring some of that shit into my state over a few 100% justified police shootings and aside from a handful of parking lots getting blocked by dumbasses with nothing better to do that day, it died on the vine. So I'm pretty birthplace-lucky there, and I'm hoping it's like that throughout most of the country besides the east and the left coast. |

Re: EEUU-D.C Murder of Uber Eats Driver
On-Topic: The sentence these girls got is a miscarriage of justice. When I was a kid/delinquent adolescent, it was common knowledge to me and everyone who I knew that committing certain crimes when you're under a certain age meant a Get Out Of Jail card, and that was back during a much less cynical time. Guarantee you these little garbage pails and likely even their parents are laughing all the way to the bank about that disgusting slap on the wrist. What they committed was nothing less than felony murder. In a perfect but probably not as just world, their parents would be sentenced to serve the difference. |

Re: EEUU-D.C Murder of Uber Eats Driver
WTF are you talking about? They have not been sentenced yet. The 15 year old who pled guilty to felony murder is set to be sentenced on the 4th. I'm not clear if in DC it is a 30 year minimum. If you mean "charged" then you don't understand the legal term "felony murder" which is not actual murder, it means someone died during the course of another dangerous felony, and typically all parties involved in that initial felony become culpable under the felony murder statues. Well you remember wrong. The juvenile justice system never gave a get out of jail free card for serious crimes like murder. Children as young as 10 have been executed for murder in America (at some time in the past at least). Right now there are 10,000 people in adult prison serving life sentences for serious crimes they committed while they were minor teenagers, some as young as 12. In most states, the breakpoint is about 12 or 13. |
