That's how it is down there. I watch the show Locked Up Abroad and every prison they show in these Mexican countries (such as Ecuador) have zero rules and do not feed, clothe, or protect their convicts. You basically live inside a walled compound where anything goes. Literal hell on Earth in my opinion.

Some of the ones from that show are bad, but I have yet to see a prison worst than this one in Madagascar. They get locked into crowded cells at night, literally sleep nut to butt, can only turn at specific times, all the while having fleas, cockroaches, and rats crawling on them... it's so medieval, hygiene is a luxury, and its one of the few places in the world where the black plauge is still a thing. |
Ok, who the fuck and where the fuck do these inmates get iPhone quality cell phones that actually rack the focus like that from the body to dudes finger. Yet, the assholes OUTSIDE of prison seem like they’re still filming on a Nokia flip phone from the early 2000’s then editing it together on the original iMovie.
