If I lived in one of these impoverished shit-hole countries where they have executions and killings in the streets just about every day, I'd get myself a really good ice-chest, a few surgical tools and start harvesting a whole shitload of organs. I mean it looks like work is kind of hard to come by in these places and you can sell a decent liver for a pretty penny
