It SOUNDS like a good idea, but even if the organ has been expelled from the body, it technically still belongs to the decedent unless they have bequeathed it to you, so that would be "tampering with evidence", "tampering with a corpse", and "obstruction of justice".

I'm pretty sure "Justice" in those countries depends on how much money you have in your wallet. Just like here in the U.S.
