Am I the only one thinking that this was a failed attack? The guy with the machete chased the victim to the back corner and it looks like he escaped. The guy with the machete got spooked when a woman came in with her own (much longer looking) machete/sword. So, the guy ran off and the victim seemed to escape unharmed.
Who DOESN'T have a machete in that place? Probably a wise idea to carry one, living in a place like that!
