Unbelievable. They should have tasered him. He could have been hard hearing, retarded, deaf, impaired, diabetic.. The cops should be fired and charged with murder. Once he was down the could have went in and cuffed him easily. They are trained for those scenarios. Sad. Those cops make LEO'S look bad.  |

I posted before, and being from the area I feel the need to post again. Almost all FPD shotguns are loaded with beanbags. The first 2 shots fired were from a 9mm service pistol. The falling 3 shots were from the shotgun. We've all seen what a shotgun does at close range and Dylans body suffered none of the associated trauma. Chunks weren't torn from his body. These cops beanbagged a downed yet noncompliant suspect. Granted, maybe the officer with the pistol could have allowed the officer with the shotgun to take the initial shot, but we weren't there were we? We didn't have a split second to make a call that would determine whether or not ourselves or our partner would make it home to our families. Check your goddamn outrage.
