No, I work for the NHS. In this video the victim is snorting due to head trauma and his tongue is occluding his airway casing the snoring sound you hear. The death rattle on the other hand is a patient nearing his/her end of life and is no longer able to clear their airways from mucus or saliva. Hope this helps your understanding?
