How can anyone even get treatment? The conditions are horrible...poor guy. I hope he lost consciousness soon enough and didn't have to die slowly, being filmed, with no real medical help.

BLACKOUTx4500x Something makes me think that these countries that are going through these horrible wars dont have strong pain relief medications readily available. Whenever a video shows someone in a hospital or some kind of triage area, most of the wounded are in extreme pain and being handled by people who do not take safety precautions or procedures.
