Dump Truck Drives Too Close to Sidewalk in Road Bend and Runs Over a Biker
Vietnam, Today around noon a dump truck driver cut off a biker when the trucker drove too close to the sidewalk, in a road bend, hitting and running over a biker. He died on the spot.
