John Graziano was left in vegetative state after a car crash caused by Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea in 2007.

Now five years on, his younger brother Micheal, 24, has been left fighting for his life after getting into an eerily similar wreck himself.

Both brothers were passengers in speeding cars, both were not wearing their seat belts and both were critically injured.

Their devastated mother Debbie said: 'Please pray for my son John and please pray for my son Michael,' reports Bay News 9.

'It's the same thing all over again.'

The Florida Highway Patrol told TMZ the car Graziano was travelling in, a 1994 Volvo, hit the back of a dump truck at 2:30am at high speed.

If they wanted, they could also bolt a coat hook into it, so he's at least a little useful. They could park him in the nursing home lobby. It's not like he'll ever know the difference...........
