First he isn't considered white. He was a very light skinned black guy. Probably has a mixed light skin father and a white mom. And it's not me saying he's not white, I'm sure he identified as black, he probably said the n word a hundred times in this video too.

And speaking of this video. You should watch it. I don't know what video you watched. Or you're just horrible at reading body language and well, seeing things on screens right in front of you.

The light skin guy clearly sees the shooter when he walks in, ignores him and walks the other direction. While pulling something out of his pocket and putting it in his mouth. Possibly crack. Maybe he owed the shooter money for said crack.

The shooter confronts him, stands in a confrontational stance, leaning in , blocking his path, moves again to block his path. I'm guessing light skin dude was like let's go get the money.

And as they're walking towards the door the shooter probably said something a man doesn't say to another man. You wouldn't understand.

So he punches him. Pushes him and gives him a couple more to show him he's the badder motherfucker today and let's him go. It looks like light skin guy says something like, " man you're just a bitch" and was walking away. But little bitch in the fetal position was just trying to get his gun.

Your position is dumb. You can't start a fight and claim self defense. Not unless you're on the verge of being killed.

If I walked up two inches from your face and said your mom sucked off my baboon while I stuffed bananas up her ass. If you swing at me I could just shoot you dead right there. According to you I could attend your funeral with a t-shirt with the picture of your bloody face taking your last breath with myself superimposed next to you smiling with a banana.

And if you family got butt hurt and tried anything I'd shoot them too. Because according to you this is all self defense.

"Stripes" walked over to the victim and tried to pat him down it seems. Then said victim tried to exit the store only to be followed closely by "stripes." Then the victim throws haymakers and is subsequently shot dead.

Not a self defense claim if you start the confrontation like that, especially going after someone trying to leave. A clever lawyer might say the victim escalated by punching but given the video, that'd likely be a dicey assertion.

Had the victim exited, "stripes" remained inside the store, the vic. re-entered, punched him and was then shot, you'd have a self-defense case.

This is all without audio of words exchanged, of course. A verbal death threat could change things radically. Just my amateur take.

Seen many fights . I've noticed the person who strikes first usually wins. And the person who usually strikes first is a straight right or left puncher.

And the people who swing or do over hand punches usually lose. Unless their opponent can't fight.

And it can't be self defense for 1, because it appears he started the fight. And was being aggressive. 2 he could have pulled the gun, and gave the guy a chance to leave him alone, and then shot him if he came towards him. But he can't just pull the gun and start shooting. Especially after the guy just knocked the shit out of you, had your ass in a bad position. And let you up and stepped away. Like he was giving him a chance to walk away.

he did not give him a chance or any shit like that. he simply saw that the other guy started to reach for a gun and stepped back but it was too late. should've just walked out when he had a chance. not worth it. but then again it likely that he would've ended up dead someone where else living that kind of super gangster wanna be life.
