Drunk MF Hits 4 Pedicabs, 1 Dead
Pajero car crashes into 4 pedicabs that are staying on the side of the road in Palembang, South Sumatra (South Sumatra). A pedicab driver was reportedly killed and 3 others injured.

The driver M.F (37), was immediately arrested and underwent an examination, including a urine test to determine whether driving was under the influence of drugs.

“There were indeed 4 victims, 1 died, and 3 others were injured and in a conscious condition,” said Head of Traffic Police at Palembang Police Commissioner Irwan Andeta when asked for confirmation. detik.com, Thursday (16/12/2021).

Regarding the incident, the police are still conducting an investigation. This includes examining witnesses and the Pajero driver.

“Our members are still investigating and processing the crime scene,” he said.

According to information compiled, the fatal accident occurred on KH Ahmad Dahlan Street near Gubah Market on Thursday afternoon (16/12) at around 11.00 WIB. A Pajero Sport car crashed into two motorized pedicabs and two paddle pedicabs while they were resting under a tree waiting for passengers.
