Depends on which parts of America… and honestly even in south Chicago the frequency of stuff specifically like this happening isn’t near as much as in Brazil then again I don’t live there for obvious reason so don’t quote me on that

Brazil - a society of murderous thugs like no other in the world. Hey, I despise belligerent drunks llke the next guy but did he deserve that? He actually put up his hands in a surrendering gesture of "Okay, I'm sorry! Please don't kill me!" But these people have a bloodlust and they wanted blood that night. At least the drunk wasn't driving a vehicle in which case I would have had far less sympathy because people like that should be off the streets, one way or another.
... but he smudged my car with his hand dude!

If the US was as bad as these places there would be far more videos than there are. 85% of the videos on here are from South America. And the phone presence/recording capabilities there is a fraction of what it is in the US.
