Drunk Guy Partially Ran Over by a Train After Passing Out on the Track
This drunk guy gets hit by a train after passing out on the tracks, it happened in Thailand. He later died at the hospital.

In America they would have the advanced medical know how to amputate what needs to be amputated, but he would have survived, a shitty country and local doctor on the other hand means your screwed. Glad I don't live in shit land like this guy did.
